Who we are

CandelX Surgicals manufactures stainless steel sterilization containers, instrument trays and cassettes in Sialkot, Pakistan. This notice covers candelxsurgicals.com and the enquiries sent through it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the quote form:

• Your name and, if you give it, your organization
• Your email address, and your phone or WhatsApp number if you provide one
• Your country, and any quantity or notes you add
• The list of products you built in the form

We do not ask for payment details, identification documents or any special category of personal data, and you should not send them through this form.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry — to prepare a quotation, confirm specifications and arrange shipping. In UK and EU terms, our lawful basis is your consent when you send the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the suppliers below.

Who else sees it

The people who host this site and carry our email see your message in the course of delivering it. We use them only for that purpose, and they are bound to keep it confidential. We do not use your enquiry for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact about them and for up to24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a repeat order without asking you for everything again. After that they are deleted. Where an order results, the commercial records are kept for as long as tax and export law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the ordinary server logs kept by our host for security and troubleshooting.

If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent through a banner first, and nothing will be stored until you accept. This page updates itself when that happens.

Third parties

Our typefaces, images and scripts are served from our own domain, so opening a page does not, by itself, tell any other company that you were here. There are no exceptions — nothing on this site is loaded from anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the page itself.
